Delivery & returns
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. UK delivery is free on every order — £20 and over goes tracked, and under £20 is sent second class.
We also deliver to all European Union countries for a flat £5.99 per order. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery to the rest of the world is coming soon.
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Sealed products must be returned unopened.
- Singles must be returned in the condition and protection they were sent in.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Privacy policy
The TCG Outlet collects only the information needed to process your order and reply to your enquiries: your name, email, delivery address and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by us.
We never sell your data. If you join our mailing list you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us.
If you set a Collector Alert, we store the email address you give us, what you asked us to watch (a card, a set, a saved search or a target price), the date and the IP address the request came from, so we can confirm it was really you. We use it for that alert and nothing else — you are not added to any mailing list. Every alert email carries a link to manage or stop your alerts, and alerts that have been sent, stopped or left unconfirmed are cleared out periodically. Ask us and we will delete yours straight away.
Terms of sale
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Product images for sealed items may be representative. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error, with a full refund issued.
