Delivery & returns
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. UK delivery is free on every order — £20 and over goes tracked, and under £20 is sent second class.
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Sealed products must be returned unopened.
- Singles must be returned in the condition and protection they were sent in.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Privacy policy
The TCG Outlet collects only the information needed to process your order and reply to your enquiries: your name, email, delivery address and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by us.
We never sell your data. If you join our mailing list you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us.
Terms of sale
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Product images for sealed items may be representative. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error, with a full refund issued.
